Skookum 10mm Stainless Raced Bearings

Do you skate with 10mm axles!? Do you have some super old JimZ hangars that you can’t find bearings for? We are the official dealer of Skookum bearings! **If you don’t know what a 10mm axle is these bearings are not for you!**

Back in 2006 a lot of Canadians were running 10mm axles because we were tired of bending them with out 97mm wheels and new found ability to do Coleman slides. A few of us local Calgary guys got together to make a bearing that would both be rust proof, and that was compatible with our 10mm axles. The bearing engineers, decided to mix with a ferrous non-stainless ball without telling us. But it turns out it is important so the balls won’t bind to the race, and cause the bearings to seize. Unfortunately this means the balls can rust.

We definitely ordered too many bearings back in 2007 because we still have a few left nearly 2 decades later!

These used to come top hat adapters and bearing spacers, but we seem to have miss placed those so…. Use your old ones! (These are basically just replacement bearings anyway) 

Lastly the most important benefit to these bearings is that we were terrible with accounting and we forgot how much we paid for them. So we’re going to price them at an affordable 20 dollars!

Once they are gone they are gone… which I assume will take a while due to them being 10mm bearings without spacers.
