Shipping policy
Items will be shipped out the day following purchase. Special orders or pre-orders will be shipped after the item has been received and processed.
Tracking
If you have not received a tracking number for your order within 3 days of submitting your order, please let us know by emailing shipping@motionboardshop.com with your name and order number. Your email address is entered into the shipping information, and may have been incorrectly entered or blocked from certain Internet servers.
Order Changes
Please let us know as soon possible about any changes to your order. Email us at shipping@motionboardshop.com or contact us during business hours. Although most changes can be made before 12 pm, we cannot guarantee that your order hasn't been shipped already. We cannot make changes if your order has already been shipped.
