Return Policy

We are willing to take back any unused gear if it was purchased from our store in the past 30 days. as long as it is still sellable. The product can’t be dirty, Stained, have wear markings or be damaged. Clothing can no be laundered. If the item is returned with it’s original packaging still intact we will happily refund the full value. If packaging is missing or damaged beyond what is reusable a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

Unfortunately Helmets can not be returned. We strongly recommend trying them on in person. Or finding a local shop. If this is not possible please speak to us before you purchase and we can try to work something out before purchase.

If we made a mistake and sent you an item you didn’t purchase, we will cover return shipping, if you selected the item, even accidentally, you will be responsible for costs associated to send it back. 

If a product is defective please contact us to discuss the defect within 48 hours of receiving it and we can send a return label if it is deemed to be defective.

Sale products can not be returned unless they are considered to be defective or unless for some reason we really want it back.

B-Grade sale items are final sale unless otherwise stated, please make sure you look into why an Item is labeled B-Grade before purchasing.
