Shipping for small items

Our shop started because local skaters were having trouble with shipping costs for just a few small setup parts. When we started selling online we felt shipping small items for $15 to $20 to other places felt a little hypocritical, so we looked into shipping small items by lettermail. We can do this within Canada for things like insert bushings and bushings. (USA is possible too, but costs more, And the rules are slightly different, please email us for a quote).

For some reason We can't get our websites shipping quote system to offer this option on all of our small. So this is a temporary fix while we sort that out. After you add this shipping fee to your cart. You can select local pickup as your shipping option in the cart. 

This work on items that are less than 2cm tall and less than 100 grams in total weight (with our 5 gram tear proof envelope). We've been successful mailing bearing spacers , bushings , pivot cups , and insert bushings. If you think it may work with another type of items, you should contact us to discuss it first. It needs to be "machinable mail"  which means it needs to fit within a particular size mail slot. So if you order this and the item is too large or too heavy it won't be accepted and we will need to write to you to discuss shipping by parcel.

If you do wish to use lettermail shipping, then select local pickup when choosing your shipping option.
